My philosophy

My basic attitude is characterized by a humanistic approach (understanding the human being as a relationship-oriented, freedom- and decision-orientated, responsible, creative being striving for personal development). I am convinced that sound counselling should be profound, sustainable and effective. I also believe that counselling should be solution-oriented and take place at eye level.

Anyone who is prepared to question their thought patterns and develop more constructive approaches has already taken a significant step towards a more pleasant future.

I favour an integrative approach and like to combine various modern and contemporary methods. Further training and continuous supervision are a matter of course for me in order to deal responsibly with my clients and their concerns.

I believe that self-knowledge, respect, compassion and the will to do so are the keys to any change.

It is important that the solution is tangible, understandable and authentic - only then will it have an impact!
